Dr. Rotich’s scholarship record includes co-edited books, peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, conference proceedings, conference presentations, and grant support of various projects. Her research agenda focuses on obesity and behavior modification, immigrant and refugee acculturation; global and international education; underserved youth, sports‐based resilience programs and, cultural competence as a viable solution to decreasing health disparities and obesity among diverse minority populations.

WOYO GDC believes that empowered, skilled, and resourced women and youth possess the skills and knowledge it takes to create the synergy and leverage their expertise to provide effective leadership and innovative approaches to societal problems in their homes, communities, and beyond. Our Mission is to empower women and youth to leverage their potentialto be effective, resilient, inclusive, and peace building servant leaders(E.R.I.P.S) in today’s diverse and global society.
